
Nancy has dedicated her professional life to improving student outcomes in education. Her career began as a math teacher, she rose to principal, and Director of Student Services. Her expertise as a school administrator has earned her the role of Educational Consultant. As a consultant, she has conducted numerous third-party investigations for school districts in the areas of: Racial Discrimination, Harassment, Title IX, Retaliation, and Verbal Abuse. She has served as an appeal hearing officer for expulsions and suspension. Nancy was a consultant with Hamilton County Educational Service Center and worked with Cincinnati Public Schools conducting evaluations for Educational Support Personnel (ESPs): School Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Intervention Specialists, and Speech/Language Pathologists.
Special Education
Under Nancy’s leadership, Great Oaks redesigned the delivery of services to students on Individualized Educational Plans and 504 Plans: improving support for more than 300 students annually. Nancy led a successful Selective Review from the Office of Exceptional Children, resulting in recognition and selection as a presenter at OCALICON, a premier autism and disabilities Ohio conference.
She led a successful resolution with the Office of Civil Rights. This included acceptance procedures, overseeing policy revisions, creating professional development materials, and revising a resource guide for Section 504.
Compliance Officer
For six years, Nancy served as the Anti-Harassment Compliance Officer, Civil Rights Coordinator/District Compliance Officer, School 504 Compliance Officer/ADA Coordinator, and Title IX Coordinator for students.

Nancy and her Boston Terrier, Minnie, have done over 100 pet therapy visits. They are also certified as an Assisted Animal Crisis Response Team. Visits include Hospice of Cincinnati, area schools, Cincinnati Police Department, City of Cincinnati 911 Operators, Adults with Disabilities, Clermont County Juvenile Detention and Hamilton County Coroner.
