Ennis Britton Consulting Group announces the launch of its new training program, the Transportation Supervisor Academy (TSA).
The program, designed by Pete Japikse, is a fresh curriculum to support Ohio’s transportation staff with today’s school transportation challenges in mind.
TSA is a three-year program with five trainings per year, scheduled around the transportation manager’s calendar. The Academy will blend in-person learning with virtual interactive sessions to provide training, networking with peers, and access to consulting services. Ultimately, the goal is to provide individuals with the skills needed to be successful in the highly specialized work of public pupil transportation management and operations.
The first year’s curriculum begins on September 23!
