Dr. Ryan brings over four decades of experience in education, having served as a district administrator, regional supervisor and consultant, and a special education teacher for students with moderate to intensive needs. Throughout her career, she has represented her district in numerous regional and state initiatives, committees, and agencies. Her professional focus has included district leadership in ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations under IDEA and Section 504, as well as oversight of school counselors, health service professionals, crisis response teams, and programs supporting student wellness, attendance, and discipline. She consults in the areas of Title IX investigations and special education.
